'The Changing Times' is the quarterly magazine for and by people with addiction related problems, their families and friends, living in the Dudley borough in the West Midlands.
One of the aims is to provide a forum for creative expression. It can be helpful to write about your own experiences and it helps others to read about them and realise they are not alone.
Circulation includes all the local addiction services, the mental health services, probation, social services departments, hostels and many more.

The magazine has published some excellent work over the years, from poems and personal stories to fantastic art work on the cover. Have a look at back issues to get a better idea.
